A:Yes. Our factory was founded in 2012 , with a total area of 50000 Square meters, 6000 Square metersshowroom, over 500 workers.

Q3:Where is your factory located? How can i visit there?
A:We located in Longjiang town,Foshan city, about 1 hour from Guangzhou airport to our factory, we can arrange driver to pick you up at the airport.
Q:4. Can I change the size of product?
A:We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes per your exact requirements.
Q:5. What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:The MOQ is 1*40 HQ and 10pcs / Color / Model, but you can mix different items to fulfill containers, with the MOQ of each item 5 pcs.
Q:6. What's your payment term?
A:TT 30% deposit in advance + 70% balance before the loading, L/C at sight also acceptable.
Q:7. What kinds of services you will provide to us?
A:2 years free warranty period, free LOGO customization service, free HD product images, product sales knowledge training and store design service.
Q:8.What is your way of Packaging?
A:The innermost layer we use PP transparent bag + 8mm thickness blanket + woven bag, the outer with clear label, we can also accept the customer's specified packaging requirements
Q9:Can I order sample? Free for samples?
A:Yes,we offer free sample, but need pay the sample first,and we will refund sample charge when get your bulk order.
Q11:How does you factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority,every production process is checked by our QC and checked by our QC manage finally. Customers can check the products before shipping.
Q12:What's the delivery time?
A: Sample is about 7-10days,bulk is 10-15days.
